Track via Your Order Confirmation Email
Open your shipping confirmation email and click the tracking link — it will take you straight to your package's current location.
Track via Your Account
If you have an AlwaysOnGo account, you can check your order status anytime:
- Log in to your account at alwaysongo.shop/account
- Go to Order History
- Click on your order to view its status and tracking details
Track via USPS
Most of our orders ship via USPS. You can track your package directly on the USPS website:
